The Role

We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer to help run the integration and interfacing systems across our Australian and New Zealand businesses. Reporting to the Software Development Manager – Pacific, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the development and maintenance of integration, web, other apps and supporting applications along with the expanding commercial offerings of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Development and maintenance of integration processes and interfaces
  • Development and maintenance of end user systems
  • Writing technical responses for project proposals
  • User story writing and converting business requirements into technical detail
  • Use of Agile development tools like JIRA and Bitbucket
  • Cross browser/cross platform responsive website design & development
  • Other tasks as directed

About you

Our ideal candidate will have experience in integration development with strong skills in the software development life-cycle, messaging patterns, endpoint security, interfaces with internal and external applications and database knowledge. Proven experience working in projects that involve ERPs, retail systems, Web Applications, CRM and Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) within medium to large complex environments will be highly regarded. The position requires a willingness to take initiative and problem solve, and you will be enthusiastic and have excellent technical, written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.

To deliver at the optimum level you will have experience in:

  • Understanding of SOA with knowledge of integration technologies
  • Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) tools
  • CMS platforms such as Joomla, integration of analytics platforms
  • SEO and Google keywords
  • AWS
